Terms & Conditions:
Avidyne’s DFC90 Money back guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of install by a certified Avidyne installation facility. The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to the purchase of the DFC90 Autopilot Flight Computer and the EXP5000 PFD Mod55.

The DFC90 Autopilot Flight Computer and the EXP5000 PFD Mod55 must be returned to Avidyne within 14 days of contacting Avidyne to be eligible for the full refund. The DFC90 Autopilot Flight Computer and the EXP5000 PFD Mod55 unit must be removed by an Avidyne Authorized Dealer or Service Center. Upon receipt of the call, Avidyne will immediately send back an S-TEC 55X (Avidyne does not guaranteed the customers unit his/her original unit back) as well as an EXP5000 PFD with an equivalent software version as owned by the customer prior to the upgrade. Upon receipt of the DFC90 Autopilot Flight Computer back to Avidyne, Avidyne will send the customer refund directly to Avidyne Authorized Dealer or Service Center. The amount of the refund will be based on the amount the Avidyne Authorized Dealer invoiced the customer for the DFC90 Autopilot Flight Computer and EXP5000 PFD Mod55. Avidyne will not refund install or removal labor or any other charges associated with the DFC90 Autopilot Flight Computer and EXP5000 PFD Mod55 as invoiced by the dealer to the customer. Avidyne will send the refund within 90 days of receipt of the DFC90 Autpilot Flight Computer.
